During the trimming, we made broiled salmon with tomatoes and scallions on the side.
It is going to be a busy couple of weeks.

Believe it or not, just like last year at this time ("The tree is home" entry), I also got my tree this weekend.
I've only got the lights and 1/3 of the ornaments on it so far...I am pretty picky about the whole process and it takes a while.
