Bravo, I always hated that phrase. Believe me, those parents who use it would be far more terrified if their children didn't go through those normal developmental levels at that age. I can't wait for Charlie's twos...

I though Terrible Twos were sorta fun with my kids -- we all got tested and learned from them.
